Exactly these four are of Arab descent, Hud pbuh being the father of the Arabs. Hud, Saleh, and Shuaib were non-Ishamelite Arabs. Prophet Muhammad (SAW) was an Ishmaelite Arab. So there are four Arab prophets out of the 25 mentioned in the Quran. Ibrahim was Mesopotamian, we don't know what ethnicity or nationality he fell under.
